Here at the Commercial Notary Public Office No. 31 of the State of Nuevo Leon, we are fully authorized by the Federal Law of Commercial Notary Public Offices and its Regulations to execute the incorporation of any kind of Commercial Company such as a Sociedad Anónima (Corporation) (S.A.) or Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada (Limited Liability Company) (S. de R.L.) and their derivates such as Sociedades Anónimas Promotoras de Inversión (Investment Promotion Corporations) (S.A.P.I.), Sociedad Anónima Bursátil (Stock Market Company) (S.A.B.), Sociedades Financieras de Objeto Múltiple (Multiple Purpose Financial Companies) (SOFOM), Instituciones de Banca Múltiple (Full Service Banking Institutions) (Banks), Sociedades de Producción Rural (Rural Production Companies), etc., and also to formalize any regular or special meeting of shareholders for the purpose of increasing or decreasing the capital stock, merge, division, transformation, dissolution, and liquidation, or any other act related to this kind of commercial companies.

At the Commercial Notary Public Office No. 31, we can also formalize any resolution made at Meetings of Partners or Shareholders of any Commercial Company, including Sociedades por Acciones Simplificadas (Simplified Joint-stock Companies) (SAS), and also carry out the registration at the Public Registry of Property and Commerce, as well as to prepare the records or notices that correspond pursuant to the Law.

In the case of the Incorporation of Commercial Companies and Formalization of Meetings, we can use electronic means through the Comprehensive Registry Management System (SIGER) to file the documents at the Public Registry of Property and Commerce, and also to register the Company that is being incorporated in the Tax Administration Service (SAT), which makes us the best option among other Certifying Public Officers who carry out these procedures in person, which makes the procedures slower and not as fast and efficient as the ones carried out by means of electronic means through our Commercial Notary Public Office No. 31.
