Appraisal for Commercial Reference.- It is the instrument requested to the Expert Appraiser or Commercial Notary Public with the purpose of knowing the current commercial value of any real estate or personal property. It is generally requested by individuals who want to offer a property for sale when they ignore its current commercial value.

Appraisal for Rent.- It is the appraisal issued by the Expert Appraiser or Commercial Notary Public to know the rent that could be charged on certain real estate or personal property such as a house, land, apartment, car, machinery, and equipment, etc.
