Replacement of Commercial Invoices
In case you have acquired a vehicle and the invoice has gone lost or destroyed it will be necessary that you appear before a Commercial Notary Public to request a new Commercial Invoice with which you will be able to proceed with the change of ownership or any other procedure before the Traffic Control Department of the Government of the State of Nuevo Leon. Usually, the required documents are official identity documents from the buyer and the seller, a police report certified by the Ministry of Justice where it states that the original invoice is lost or destroyed (We can help you to obtain it), that our firm verifies in the Vehicle Public Registry (REPUVE) and in the Unique Personal Property Guarantee Registry (RUG) that the vehicle is not stolen or has liens, the vehicle must be at least 10 years old and the parties must appear in person at our office to sign the invoice.
