Appraisals For Trial

As part of the wide range of services offered by the Commercial Notary Public Office No. 31 of the State of Nuevo Leon, we have Official Expert Appraisers authorized by the Superior Court of Justice of the State of Nuevo Leon and the Commercial Notary Public 31, authorized on a state and federal level to carry out diverse types of official appraisals in the case of:

Appraisal to be used in trial.- Report requested to the Expert Appraiser or Commercial Notary Public with the purpose of accompanying any court or administrative, either local or federal, procedure in order to prove the commercial value of damages, motive or cause generating failures of the property or properties originating the litigation.

The most common one is the Summary Commercial Trial in which real estate or personal property is appraised as expert appraiser of the petitioner, expert appraiser of defendant, default expert appraiser, or mediator expert appraiser.
